HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Beacon Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Birmingham plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
