HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Baltimore, MD)

Greenridge Cross Health Group is a healthcare provider in Baltimore with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
