HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Ashton Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
