Rivermark Glen Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
