HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
