HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Stonegate Vale Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
