HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Corner Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Austin, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
