HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Wilder Staffing places workers with employers around Atlanta. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
