HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
