HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Atlanta design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
