HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Ashton Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
