HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Corner Medical designs and makes medical devices in Atlanta. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
