HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Cross Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Atlanta, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
