HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Harbor Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 629 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
