HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Cobalt Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
