HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Bright Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
