HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Harbor Freight is a Atlanta logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
