HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Juniper Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 549 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
