HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Wren Arts Center is an arts centre in Anchorage with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
