HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 326 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
