HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
