HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Corner Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
