HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Ember Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
