HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Anchorage, AK)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
