HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Bright Fox Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
