HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Hollow Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
