HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Quill Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
