HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Birch Freight Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
