HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Union Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
