HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Loom Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
