HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Rowan Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Albuquerque with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
