HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Pike Construction Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
