HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Albuquerque. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
