HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Lakeside Freight Partners is a Albuquerque logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
