HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Timber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Albuquerque area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
