HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Drift Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Albuquerque. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
