HR Business Partner - front-of-house and production staff (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Birch Arts Center runs a large performing-arts complex in Indianapolis with more than 1,000 employees, from ushers and box-office staff to stagehands. We are hiring a part-time HR business partner. What you will do • Support managers with scheduling, attendance and performance for a large seasonal workforce. • Handle leave, accommodation and workplace-concern cases from first call to resolution. • Help with onboarding at the start of each season. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR; arts, hospitality or event experience is a plus. • Warm, fair and comfortable with evening events. Part-time, about 24 hours a week, on site in Indianapolis.
