HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Clear Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
