HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
