HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Field Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
