HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Umber Inspection Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
