HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Basin Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
