HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Union Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
