HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Quarry Telecom Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We invest in training. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
