HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Union Facilities is a facilities company in Wichita with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
