HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Bright Ashton Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
