HR Business Partner - employee relations (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
