HR Business Partner - employee relations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
