HR Business Partner - employee relations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Corner Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
