HR Business Partner - employee relations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Stonegate Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Virginia Beach region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 518 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
